FinaLY

Improving financial literacy among young people through education and practical learning

About the Project

FinaLY is an Erasmus+ project focused on improving financial literacy among young adults by providing accessible and practical educational resources. As young people transition into adulthood, they face increasingly complex financial decisions, often without the necessary knowledge or skills to manage them effectively.

The project addresses this gap by developing training materials, workshops, and learning activities that support informed decision-making in areas such as budgeting, spending, and financial planning. By combining research with practical education, FinaLY aims to empower young people with the skills needed for a more secure and responsible financial future.

Objectives

FinaLY aims to strengthen financial literacy among young people by understanding their needs and providing practical, accessible learning opportunities.

Its key objectives are:

  • To assess the financial literacy levels and needs of young people
  • To conduct research and provide insights into financial behaviour
  • To develop accessible and practical educational materials
  • To deliver workshops and training activities both online and in person
  • To support informed financial decision-making and responsible money management
