About the Project

BETES is an Erasmus+ project focused on developing digital and soft skills needed in today’s rapidly evolving technological landscape. The project supports individuals, including unemployed and low-skilled groups, by providing accessible training and educational resources in emerging technologies.

Through research, educational programme development, and practical workshops, BETES delivers targeted learning opportunities across multiple countries. By combining technical knowledge with essential soft skills, the project aims to improve employability, support career development, and help individuals adapt to the demands of the modern labour market.

The project has been recognised as a Good Practice👍under Erasmus+ programme.

 

Objectives

BETES aims to strengthen skills development by providing practical training in emerging technologies and essential competencies required in the modern workforce.

Its key objectives are:

  • To identify skills gaps and labour market needs through research
  • To develop educational materials on emerging technologies and soft skills
  • To deliver workshops and training activities in multiple countries
  • To support employability and career development for diverse target groups
  • To promote lifelong learning and digital inclusion
