RoboXR Showcased at the MASTER XR Final Event in Oldenburg
The RoboXR project was proudly presented at the MASTER XR Final Event in Oldenburg, marking a key moment for both the project and the broader XR innovation ecosystem.
During the event, the RoboXR team showcased its work on Extended Reality Machine Tending for Industrial Learning, demonstrating how immersive XR technologies can enhance robotics education through interactive and industry-relevant training scenarios. Attendees had the opportunity to learn how RoboXR enables users to engage with realistic industrial environments, interact with robotic systems, and develop practical skills in machine tending processes.
The event also highlighted the overall achievements of the Master_XR initiative, which has successfully supported a wide range of projects focused on XR-based education, training, and industrial applications. Across the programme, innovative solutions were developed that integrate immersive technologies with real-world use cases, contributing to the advancement of digital skills, workforce training, and human–machine interaction in Europe.
Bringing together project teams, researchers, and industry stakeholders, the event created a dynamic platform for knowledge exchange, collaboration, and showcasing cutting-edge XR solutions. It provided valuable insights into current trends and future directions in XR for education and industry.
We would like to thank the MASTER XR consortium for organizing a highly successful and inspiring event, and for fostering a strong ecosystem of innovation in XR-based learning.
RoboXR will continue building on this momentum, further developing and refining its immersive training solutions to support the next generation of robotics and Industry 4.0 skills.
