ReSENSE Meeting at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki

On January 23, 2024, ECECT.eu had the pleasure of visiting and meeting at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki to exchange ideas and talk about the current state of the project. It was an excellent opportunity for collaboration and planning. BETES Internet of Things Bootcamp

BETES consortium conducted the “Internet of Things” bootcamp, facilitated physically by ECECT.eu in Cyprus and online in Malta and Greece. Participants learned about IoT fundamentals, infrastructures, and applications and also had the opportunity for a hands-on workshop. ECECT at STEAME Festival Cyprus 2023

Την Παρασκευή 1η Δεκεμβρίου η ECECT.eu συμμετείχε στο CYPRUS STEAME FESTIVALστο Πανεπιστήμιο Κύπρου | University Of Cyprus. Παιδιά γυμνασίου και λυκείου είχαν την ευκαιρία να δουν πως λειτουργεί το DexArm, να κάνουν την ζωγραφιά που ήθελαν μαζί με το όνομα τους. Επίσης, μπόρεσαν να δοκιμάσουν τα Virtual Reality glasses παίζοντας διαδραστικά παιχνίδια , να παίξουν με το M5stack και να μάθουν λειτουργίες του Microbit. Οργανωτές είναι η Κυπριακή Μαθηματική Εταιρεία και το Ίδρυμα THALES Κύπρου μέσα στα πλαίσια του έργου STEAME-ACADEMY, σε συνεργασία με το Τμήμα Μαθηματικών και Στατιστικής του Πανεπιστημίου Κύπρου, του ΙΔΕΠ Διά Βίου Μάθησης, την Τράπεζα Κύπρου, το Παιδαγωγικού Ινστιτούτου Κύπρου και τον Συνδέσμο Μαθηματικών Κύπρου (ΟΕΛΜΕΚ). #CyprusSteameFestival2023

ECECT: The 4th transnational meeting of “Cities Going: Application for the Development of a Green and Smart City”

The 4th transnational project meeting for the Cities Going Green project took place in Nicosia on the 13th and 14th of November. Day 1 led us to Apostolos Varnavas Primary School, where we witnessed amazing progress in game design and delved into pilot testing tasks. On Day 2, we discussed multiplier events, ran a workshop for the IoT devices, and planned the next steps.
