With significant experience in European projects related to environmental education and sustainability, Bluezona brings valuable expertise to the VR4BEES project. They ensure the scientific accuracy of the educational content, particularly in the areas of beekeeping and the environmental challenges affecting bee populations.
Novatex Solutions, founded in 1999, is a leading provider of innovative technologies in Cyprus, specializing in IoT, smart agriculture, and educational technologies. As the project coordinator for VR4BEES, Novatex oversees the project, ensuring it meets its goals. The company leads the creation of immersive 360° VR videos using drones, 360° cameras, and endoscope cameras to showcase beehives and bee behavior. Novatex’s expertise in technology integration ensures the content is seamlessly integrated into the XR4ED platform for global accessibility.
ECECT is a non-profit in Cyprus that bridges academia and industry, offering training in emerging technologies. In the VR4BEES project, they develop educational materials and lead dissemination through the Class365.eu platform. ECECT also organizes teacher workshops to integrate VR content into classrooms. VR4BEES uses 360° VR to explore beehive ecosystems and bee behavior, enhancing education through immersive technology.
