VR4BEES- Open Called Winner for XR4ED

Excited to share that our project, VR4BEES, is one of the winners of the XR4ED Pilots Open Call! A huge congratulations to our amazing team for bringing this vision to life.At ECECT, we’re pushing boundaries and exploring emerging technologies and competencies such as robotics, IoT, AI, and AR/VR. Our focus goes beyond research—we’re also deeply committed to educating people on these technologies to accelerate and enhance digital transformation. VR4BEES is an educational initiative that uses Virtual Reality (VR) technology to immerse learners in the world of bees. By offering virtual field trips to beehives and pollination environments, the project raises awareness about the critical role of bees in ecosystems and the challenges they face, such as climate change, pesticides, and habitat loss.
